Chemical production is supported by a modern well-equipped pilot plant. Main emphasis is the development, optimization and upscaling of chemical manufacturing procedures for APIs. Furthermore, the synthesis of reference standards and products ordered by customers. Besides the small-scale production for the market, we supply APIs for clinical development. We can custom synthesize a wide range of organic products, including compounds with optical activity like peptides. We practice both liquid- and solid-phase synthesis in quantities ranging from grams to kilograms. Depending on customer demands, we can offer the following services: A Pilot-Plant for the transfer of the laboratory process into the technical scale and the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients under GMP conditions. Analytical Labs for the development and implementation of analytical methods for quality testing and release of intermediates and final products. A Chromatography Unit for the purification of intermediates and final products, separation of enantiomers and isolation of impurities. A Spectroscopy Unit for elucidation or determination of structures of chemical substances (also in mixtures).
