Chemical Production

The production plants are familiar with a wide variety of chemical processes and kinds of reactions. In modern equipped multi-purpose plants well-experienced personnel guarantees a high product quality with low production costs.

Pilot and production plants with versatile applicable multi-purpose reactors and a capacity from 0,5 to 16 m³ are available. The production facilities include different distillation equipments, dryers and various filtration devices. Segregated zones for handling purified products are installed.

The chemical production facilities are continuously upgraded with regard to technical, safety, environmental and GMP requirements. All interests of industrial safety and environmental protection are considered.

Packaging and Logistics

Chemical Operations Mannheim maintains its own packaging plant to ensure a fast and safe dispatching of all products. Our packaging plant is responsible for incoming goods, storage and packaging. Together with the logistic team global dispatching of pharmaceuticals and reference substances is managed.
